Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Coordinate catering services and banquet events to meet customer needs.
• Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budget management.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of catering operations and banquet management.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
• Proficient in inventory control practices to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
• Experience in food preparation is advantageous.
