Job Description

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online, managing large data volumes of documents
• At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint SPFx design, development, and deployment in large-scale enterprises (preferably within legal departments)
• Over 3 years of expertise in PowerShell and the Power Platform, including proficiency with Microsoft Graph, PnP, Search, and REST APIs for automation and integration
• Experience with legal eDocuments and familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, retention policies, eDiscovery, and governance practices to support regulatory or client requirements
• Strong skills in SharePoint and SPFx development, particularly using the React framework and modern PnP web parts to improve navigation, usability, and overall functionality
• Proven ability to design automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance document management, approvals, notifications, and other internal processes
• Competence in developing low-code Power Apps that integrate seamlessly with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services to optimize business operations
• Ability to assess, enhance, and troubleshoot complex Power Automate flows to meet critical business needs
• Capability to create proofs of concept, prototypes, wireframes, and other materials to implement user stories into practical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, specifically in resolving SharePoint-related issues, managing permissions, supporting navigation and content management, participating in scheduled weekend maintenance
• Drafting technical user stories and acceptance criteria for platform enablement activities in collaboration with the Technical Platform Owner

• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions tailored to business requirements
• Create and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts
• Develop custom forms and templates utilizing InfoPath and SharePoint Designer
• Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems
• Provide technical support to SharePoint users
• Develop and implement SharePoint security and access controls
• Monitor SharePoint performance and troubleshoot any emerging issues
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with business needs
• Identify, analyze, and digitize processes within the business to facilitate automation where possible
• Build and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages to meet departmental and legal group requirements (preferable)
• Collaborate on drafting technical user stories and acceptance criteria for platform enablement in partnership with the Technical Platform Owner
