Overview
Veronica Beard is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Intern to support the International Marketing team in executing a 360° omnichannel marketing strategy across the EMEA region. This internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury fashion marketing across retail, wholesale, digital, PR, events, and community-building channels, working closely with the Vice President of International Marketing.
This role is ideal for a highly organized self-starter with a strong interest in luxury fashion, brand marketing, and international business, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Marketing Support (Retail & Wholesale)
•Assist in the coordination and execution of retail and wholesale marketing activations across EMEA.
•Support store activations, pop-ups, window installations, and in-store events in line with global brand guidelines.
•Help manage bookings, logistics, and timelines for trade marketing initiatives.
•Support trade events and partner activations, including preparation and on-the-ground assistance when required.
•Assist with partner communication and internal coordination.
•Help track activation calendars, budgets, and post-activation recaps.
2. Events
•Support the planning and execution of brand, press, influencer, and trade events.
•Assist with venue research, guest lists, RSVPs, vendor coordination, and event logistics.
•Help prepare event assets, gifting, and post-event follow-up.
•Support event reporting and performance summaries.
3. Press & PR Support
•Assist in day-to-day coordination with PR agencies (KCD and DLX).
•Support press activities including sample trafficking, showroom coordination, and press requests.
•Track press coverage and support the creation of weekly and monthly PR reports.
•Assist with press appointments, market weeks, and editorial support.
4. Social Influence & Community Support
•Support influencer and community initiatives across EMEA.
•Assist with influencer seeding, gifting, event invitations, and follow-ups.
•Help research and identify local influencers, tastemakers, and community partners.
•Track influencer activity, content, and basic performance metrics.
5. Media & Digital Activations
•Support the execution of media and digital marketing activations.
•Assist with coordination of digital assets and local campaign adaptations.
•Help track campaign launches and support reporting and insights.
Cross-Functional & Administrative Support
•Provide day-to-day administrative support to the International Marketing team.
•Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and timelines.
•Assist with presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
•Coordinate with global marketing, retail, wholesale, PR, and digital teams.
Qualifications & Profile
•Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
•Strong interest in luxury fashion, brand marketing, and international markets.
•Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
•Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
•Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a hands-on mindset.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Professional, reliable, and committed.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
•Fluent in English and French is required; additional European languages are a plus.
