Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing conference rooms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Radiology Administration and provide backup support to directors as needed.
  • Handle mail, office supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure a smooth and organized administrative environment.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Skilled in operating office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, mail machines, and printers.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience required.
  • High School or GED
