Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description
This role offers an experienced MIG welder the opportunity to expand into a high‑demand specialty in industrial plastic fabrication. You will fabricate and assemble plastic components such as tanks, piping, ductwork, and custom parts, while receiving full training in plastic welding techniques including hot‑air, extrusion, and fusion welding. The position is ideal for someone with strong MIG welding experience, solid mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn new processes and grow long‑term in a specialized trade.

Work Environment
This position is based in a non‑climate‑controlled shop environment that supports industrial fabrication and welding activities. You will work around welding equipment, plastic welding tools such as hot‑air and extrusion welders, and general fabrication machinery, including cutting and measuring tools. The work involves standing for extended periods, handling materials, and performing physically active tasks in a production setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
