Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team for the upvoming 2026-2027 school year!

We are currently hiring Substitute Teachers to support our K–12 school partners. Responsibilities:

• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment
• Facilitate lesson plans and support student learning
• Adapt to different classroom settings and grade levels
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed
• Follow school and district policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and productive classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Age 21+
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Substitute Certificate or Teaching License through the Arizona Department of Education
• Arizona Identity Verified Print (IVP) Card
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt to different educational settings and grade levels
• Passion for education and student success
• Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred, but not required
