Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $22.32/hr - $30.57/hr

  • Employment Type:  Year Round 

  • Shift Type:  Full Time  hours available

  • Minimum Age:  At least 18 years of age 

  • Housing Availability:  No 

Job Responsibilities:

  • M aintain a positive attitude while solving IT challenges, enjoying the benefits of working for a ski company and having fun in a manner that encourages coworkers to do the same.
  • P rovide exceptional guest service as you support users and collaborate with cow orkers .
  • Apply standard principles, concepts, and techniques toward the identification and resolution of user problems.
  • S trive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT - specific training.
  • S uggest and support implementation of new ideas for improving user support and the guest experience.

Job Requirements:

  • P ositive, enthusiastic, and friendly .
  • S olution oriented with desire to learn new skills .
  • C omfortable around technology.
  • D etail oriented and well organized.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time .
  • A ble to move 50 lbs (with assistance if needed ) .
  • S hould be able to work a schedule that can include weekends and holidays .
  • Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level, or desire to learn .
  • V alid US driver’s license .

The expected pay range is $22.32/hr - $30.57/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
