Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at Orlando Volkswagen South, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving vehicle sales in a competitive market. You will engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process to ensure a satisfying and memorable experience. Responsibilities

• Greed and engage showroom and internet customers promptly.
• Conduct need analysis and present appropriate vehicle options.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to showcase features, benefits, and options tailored to customer preferences.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
• Stay knowledgeable about current industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information.
• Maintain Volkswagen Certifications & new product knowledge requirements.
• Participate in daily meetings and sales training sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications..
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Prospect through referrals, the Florida Mall, personal network, and internet and phone prospects.
