Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Training and coaching team members
• Running a daily shift
• Forecasting crew schedule
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Supervise product production
• Act with integrity and honesty
• Promote the culture of Popeyes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact positively with Guests and coworkers
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
