Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – U.S

Location: Worldwide

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent (2–3-year contract)

Salary: $38,000 – $45,000 annually

Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses as a third-party recruiter, to join reputable healthcare facilities and acute hospital settings in the United States. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work within a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care, assessment, and treatment to patients.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and wound care safely.
• Develop individualized patient care plans and monitor patient progress.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialized teams, and families to ensure optimal care.
• Observe and record patient behavior
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Collect patient health history
• Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
• Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
• Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants and nurse aides
• Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years recent hospital experience in ICU, Operating Room (OR), Medical-Surgical in a 100-300 bed acute care facility.
• Licensure: Valid RN practicing license in your home country.
• Language: Proficient in English (IELTS or OET exam results required, typically band 7.0 or OET B).
• Assessment: Passed NCLEX examination.

· Travel Eligibility : Must NOT be a national or current resident of countries restricted under 2026 U.S. travel policies.

· Skill Set : ICU, CCU, MICU, CARDIAC CU OR CARDIOVASCULAR ICU, NEURO ICU, TELE/HDU/PCU, (step-down), MS TELE MEDICAL, SURGICAL, MED-SURGERY.
