Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while coordinating interviews communications and hiring logistics in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates recruiters and hiring managers

Manage candidate communications including interview confirmations and follow-ups

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

Assist with job postings across multiple platforms

Support recruiters with sourcing activities and candidate pipeline management

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation

Track recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed

Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure smooth hiring operations

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information

Required Qualifications

Must be currently residing in the United States

Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen permanent resident or authorized work permit holder)

Proven experience in recruiting coordination HR support or administrative roles

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse Lever Workday)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environment

Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices

Experience supporting remote hiring teams

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Work Environment

Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options

Must be available to work within U.S. business hours

Frequent collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
