Real Estate Intern – Aviation

• Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM

ROLE IMPACT
This internship supports the Airport Real Estate team in managing and developing aviation property assets at a busy commercial airport. The intern will assist with lease administration, property management, and market research initiatives that drive revenue, maintain compliance, and support strategic development. Success in this role means delivering accurate data, maintaining organized lease records, and contributing meaningful research that supports informed real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in site visits and meetings with tenants, developers, and stakeholders
• Assist with lease administration, data entry, reporting, and property management activities
• Research and compile market data to support lease negotiations and development projects
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for internal and external audiences
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date lease records in database systems
Minimum Qualifications
• Current undergraduate student in good standing pursuing aviation, real estate, property management, law, business administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills with attention to detail
