Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Purchasing Manager to lead procurement efforts across our Mexican restaurant concepts. In this role, you’ll oversee the sourcing of goods and services for multiple locations, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and restaurant supply chain performance. You’ll work closely with restaurant suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure we’re delivering consistency, value, and excellence to every guest we serve. If you have a passion for operations and a deep understanding of the unique needs of the Mexican food space, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of purchasing experience in casual dining, preferably with familiarity in Mexican cuisine supply needs
• Strong understanding of procurement strategy, cost control, and vendor relations
• Experience working with local suppliers and regional sourcing channels
• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software and systems
• Skilled in budgeting, pricing analysis, and contract negotiation
• Knowledge of ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible sourcing practices
• Familiarity with procurement-related laws and compliance standards at local and national levels
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach
