Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in DoD program security, with 2 additional years as an alternative to degree)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications
• Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to thrive in high-pressure environments while adhering to tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols related to Department of Defense, Navy, and Marine Corps, especially concerning SCIF development and accreditation
• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Basic understanding of DoD Acquisitions is desirable

• Support the creation and accreditation of SCIF and/or SAP-F designated environments, including developing and executing Construction Security Plans
• Facilitate TEMPEST accreditations and coordinate ongoing compliance with Accreditation Officials
• Oversee the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures designed to safeguard classified information
• Assist in conducting physical security assessments, surveys, and inspections
• Simultaneously manage various development and accreditation projects, ensuring effective oversight of schedules, performance, risks, and sustainment activities
• Liaise with community stakeholders and regulatory bodies as necessary
• Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and documentation to update team members and stakeholders on the progress of the Accredited Solutions program
