Operations and Policy Analyst 2

Department of Revenue is recruiting for an Operations and Policy Analyst 2 (OPA2) position. We are looking for talented, detail-oriented individuals to join our Business Division in the Oregon Special Business Programs Unit. This position is headquartered in our Salem office; however, the successful candidate may be eligible for in-state hybrid work. Hybrid work consists of performing duties onsite in a standard office environment and working remotely.
In order to be considered for Department of Revenue recruitments, you must reside within the state of Oregon. Current Revenue employees who live outside of Oregon may apply and will be considered.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
OR;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification
