Job Description

Desired profile & Job Knowledge:

• • • • University Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or any equivalent
      • Experience ICT industry 15- 20 Years with minimum 10Years in NOC
      • Past experience of working in Managed Services / outsourced NOC project is a must and should have interfaced and presented to senior level customers
      • Knowledge of automation implementation in NOC using RPA and AI
      • Process certifications like ITIL, eTOM will be an advantage
      • Working location Madrid, Spain
      • Knowledge about Telecom Domain, Having good understanding on Core, IP & TX technologies.
      • Understanding of Agile

Soft Skills:

• Analytical skills like logical thinking, problem solving & handling assignments are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• True team leader and able to encourage team members
• Motivation and attrition management of team
• MS office, Excel, report generation, trend and analysis is mandatory.
• Fluency in English & Spanish language and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• • • • Single point of contact for all the escalated issues
      • 24/7 On call availability
      • Managing team of support engineers and who will be responsible to assist customers over the phone or through any other medium to solve services and operation issues
