Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Manufacturing Production Associate to support daily production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position requires at least one (1) consecutive year of manufacturing experience, strong math skills, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure. All candidates will complete a skills assessment test during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of production equipment
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Perform quality checks using basic math and measurement skills
• Load and unload materials safely
• Package and prepare finished product for shipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 consecutive year of manufacturing experience (required)
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (will be tested)
• Strong basic math skills including fractions and measurements (will be tested)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing facility
• Exposure to machinery, heat, and noise
• Required use of PPE
