Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various types of machinery in the production line.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production data and machine performance for reporting purposes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
