Job Role: Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce & Angular experience

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and strong experience working with Angular-based applications. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and technical teams to analyze business needs, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support front-end application requirements within an integrated enterprise ecosystem.
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, sales processes, Angular application development concepts, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management : Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business objectives and challenges. Analyze existing sales and business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation. Document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to define future-state processes and solution roadmaps. Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce and Angular-based application solutions.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Solution Design : Design and recommend scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices. Support implementation and optimization of core Sales Cloud functionalities, including Lead Management, Account & Contact Management, Opportunity & Pipeline Management, Forecasting, Territory Management, Sales Processes & Path Activity Management, Quotes & Products, Sales Engagement, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC). Partner with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, and Developers to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.
- Angular Application Analysis & Collaboration : Work closely with UI/UX designers, Angular developers, and technical teams to define requirements for Angular-based applications and portals. Create functional specifications, user journeys, screen flows, and interface requirements for Angular front-end solutions. Support integration requirements between Salesforce and Angular applications. Participate in solution reviews to ensure alignment between front-end experiences and Salesforce business processes. Validate user interface functionality and business process compliance across Salesforce and Angular platforms.
- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary liaison between business users, Salesforce teams, and application development teams. Facilitate requirement prioritization, backlog refinement, and solution design discussions. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies. Drive alignment across business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Agile Delivery, Testing & Quality Assurance : Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate delivered Salesforce and Angular solutions against business requirements. Track and manage defects through resolution and deployment.
- Reporting, Analytics & Data Management : Gather and document reporting and dashboard requirements. Support development and validation of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and sales KPIs. Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
- Change Management & User Adoption : Develop business process documentation, training materials, and user guides. Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops. Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- 3+ years of experience working with Angular-based applications in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst capacity.
- Experience working directly with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional business teams.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and front-end development concepts.
- Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement and Einstein Activity Capture (EAC).
- Experience in Salesforce implementation, transformation, and CRM migration projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and data migration concepts.
- Familiarity with Angular architecture, TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web application frameworks.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS or technology-driven environments.
