Job Description

Janitor

Perform a wide variety of janitorial tasks using standard custodial equipment and cleaning products. 

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Diploma/GED not required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to provide immunization record, including the flu shot. (CDC positions)
• Possess a REAL ID compliant valid driver’s license
• Pass an initial federal background check and subsequent annual recheck to maintain all employment at CAFB. Failure to maintain an active pass will result in your inability to access and work on CAFB, and pass any subsequent background checks that ENMRSH, Inc. deems necessary.
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Possess a working telephone (t his requirement reflects the fact that many positions rely on a timekeeping application to record work hours)
• Reliable transportation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs a wide variety of custodial duties daily.
• Contract is considered mission essential, and work must be performed regardless of environmental conditions.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English well.
• Demonstrate patience.
• Coordinate several tasks and handle various situations in a calm and professional manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires the use of hands, arms, and fingers.
• Ability to balance, climb, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Walk, stand, and/or sit for eight hours per day.
