Join the team at Cherry Creek Golf Club as a Horticulture Assistant, where you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our golf course grounds. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about plant care and outdoor work, helping to create a pristine environment for our members and guests. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planting, watering, and maintenance of flowers, shrubs, and turf areas throughout the golf course.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as weeding, pruning, mowing, and fertilizing.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues to the Horticulturist.
• Maintain and operate horticultural equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support seasonal projects including planting seasonal flowers and preparing grounds for events.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
