Position Summary
The Fleet Manager role owns the full lifecycle of a diverse fleet - 350+ vehicles and 50+ pieces of heavy construction equipment (“yellow iron”) - ensuring compliance, safety, cost efficiency, and uptime across multiple states. This role will centralize fleet operations, lead a team of mechanics, and build scalable systems that support continued expansion. If you thrive at the intersection of operations, compliance, and leadership , this is your lane.
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA, with occasional travel to Cypress, CA headquarters and project sites.
