This role involves providing leadership, coaching, and development to Branch Managers across multiple locations to ensure business objectives are met in employee experience, customer experience, and sustainability. The will drive the achievement of Net Profit goals for assigned branches through effective oversight and strategic guidance.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Branch Managers.
• Monitor key branch metrics, identify root causes for underperformance, and implement countermeasures.
• Guide Branch Managers in P&L management and annual budget preparation.
• Support and coach Branch Managers in managing and motivating Sales Arborists, utilizing the Sandler System.
• Ensure branches meet staffing goals, develop high potentials, and provide quality new hire onboarding.
• Promote an employee-led safety culture and adherence to environmental protocols.
• Monitor Net Promoter Score and address customer experience issues.
• Partner with the M&A Team on prospects, closing, and integration as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in plant science or business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10+ years of relevant work experience managing a team with P&L ownership.
• Experience in high-transaction B-to-C and/or B-to-B customer-centric businesses is preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of branch operational metrics (sales revenue, RPH, client count).
• Proficiency in the Sandler System sales methodology.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement (e.g., GALLUP's Q12) and continuous improvement (Lean Sigma) principles.
• Ability to coach, develop, and inspire performance across all levels.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
