salary: $18.26 - $19.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume alphanumeric data entry and account maintenance, ensuring 100% accuracy by cross-referencing source documents against internal databases.
- Validate client requests including account openings, closures, and name updates—against FINRA standards and Schwab restrictions to maintain regulatory compliance
- Perform rigorous data verification and error-detection protocols, including re-entering data in verification formats to eliminate discrepancies in financial records.
- Manage complex asset transfers, including balance movements, residual balance write-offs, and linking advisors to retirement accounts per client specifications.
