Identify "key issues & risks" which will be subject to formal decision analysis, establish evaluation criteria, evaluation techniques, and alternative solutions using the defined decision analysis and resolution guidelines. Be responsible for the application of business process improvement techniques, such as; business planning, lean manufacturing & maintenance and Six Sigma, to assess, improve and govern the operational performance of the Project; Identify and document the scope of the work and developing effort, business plan, cost, schedule (WBS), and resource estimates, identifying the risks and opportunities; Support improvements across the four main project objectives; delivery, quality, cost and safety; Be working with local site teams, at all levels, to develop integrated supporting management processes/procedures. This role shall mentor, educate and motivate teams, and individuals, to implement agreed improvements; Be responsible for developing project plans and identifying the project process, lifecycle phases to be used to execute the project; Promote the culture and behaviors that support the creation of world class maintenance and/or Overhaul facilities.As our ideal candidate:- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related. You are PMP certified; You possess relevant experience in project management and best practices in transportation industry Fleet Management and Maintenance Techniques. You have a wealth of experience managing complex projects through to successful delivery. You have a continuous improvement background in procurement/engineering, constructions or manufacturing environment; You possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in similar role; You have demonstrated impact and influencing skills and advance negotiation skills; You show a very good level of judgment in complex situations, you have excellent organization and leadership skills; You have experience with the application of Kaizen methodology; You have a cost reduction mindset; You are an expert in business improvement techniques and their application to achieve bottom line growth; Knowledge of MS project, office, Lotus Notes, Maximo, SAP, Primavera; Your English communication skills must be excellent.
