As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and leads. As part of this role, you'll use your hunting skills to create innovative solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and pain points
- Act as a subject matter expert in Construction Services offering sollutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success

Skills:
- Strong sales background, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar commercial construction B2B sales role
- Deep rooted connections in DFW
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and grow your own leads
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently
