Salary: $135,200 - 166,400 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 5 years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching environments, as well as Cisco enterprise wireless solutions including WLCs and access points.
• We need strong working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), and core voice gateway signaling protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
• We require proven experience supporting or upgrading third-party call recording platforms, with Enghouse Interactive preferred and comparable systems such as Verint, NICE, or Calabrio also valued.
• We seek demonstrable experience managing hardware refresh or lifecycle replacement efforts from initial assessment through deployment and post-go-live validation.
• We prefer candidates with Cisco CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Collaboration certifications.
• We will also consider candidates with a CCNA backed by substantial field experience.
• We require a minimum of 5 years in Cisco networking, 3 years in Cisco wireless, and 1 year in Cisco voice support.
• We require a candidate who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Sacramento, CA.
• We are looking for someone who can work as an experienced, hands-on contractor on a 6+ month engagement.

• We will have you lead and support end-to-end configuration, migration, deployment, and validation of legacy Cisco switching and wireless infrastructure across regional sites.
• We will rely on you to maintain Cisco Unified Communications systems through routine and advanced lifecycle tasks that protect uptime, call routing precision, and trunk stability.
• We expect you to manage and technically execute the upgrade of our Enghouse recording platform integrated with Cisco telephony services.
• We will need you to re-establish and optimize call recording handoffs using JTAPI, AXL, or Built-in Bridge mechanisms.
• We will have you create detailed migration plans, failback procedures, and execution checklists to reduce operational risk.
• We expect you to perform changes during off-peak windows to minimize disruption to business operations and voice center activity.
• We will count on you to verify the success of migrations and upgrades through post-implementation testing and confirmation.
• We will ask you to collaborate closely with our team and client stakeholders to support critical technology lifecycle initiatives.
