As an Arabic Language Expert, you will leverage your linguistic skills to contribute to the training of advanced AI systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping how AI models learn and perform through the collection of high-quality, real-world data.

• Record clear, high-quality audio clips in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) to assist in developing robust AI speech models.
• Assess and annotate phonetic, pronunciation, and intonation data with linguistic precision.
• Evaluate and provide insightful feedback on speech recognition outputs, identifying patterns and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to enhance data collection processes and standards.
• Document recording activities accurately and maintain organized data sets.
• Participate in discussions aimed at improving AI workflows by sharing practical insights from your experience.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data quality protocols consistently.

• Native-level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of phonetics, phonology, and pronunciation nuances in Arabic.
• Experience in audio recording, voice acting, podcasting, or audio engineering is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with recording devices and audio software to produce clear speech samples.
• High attention to detail when listening, annotating, and evaluating speech data.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement in AI training workflows.

• Prior experience with AI or speech data collection projects.
• Familiarity with linguistic annotation tools and standards.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, language technologies, or AI research.

This is a contract position that allows for remote work.

Hourly pay ranges from $10 to $41.
