Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Santa Clara, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 12/31/2026
Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Description:
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Strong Microsoft office skills. Provides clerical support to three or more attorneys/management. Duties may include: calendar management, travel and expenses including for international travel, preparing correspondence, report and presentation creation. Previous hi-level secretarial experience is required. Minimal supervision is provided.
